Welcome to Da Social Monk. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Our Services
Da Social Monk provides digital marketing services including social media management, content creation, web and app development, performance marketing, search engine optimisation, branding and design, and AI video creation. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your project will be defined in a written proposal or agreement shared with you before work begins.
2. Quotations and Payments
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Projects begin after written approval of the quotation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the ongoing billing cycle once work has commenced.
Advertising budgets (Meta, Google, or other platforms) are billed separately and paid directly or reimbursed at actuals.
Delayed payments may pause ongoing work until dues are cleared.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver quality work on time, you agree to:
Provide accurate brand information, content inputs, and timely feedback.
Grant necessary access to social media accounts, ad accounts, and websites required for the engagement.
Ensure you hold the rights to all materials (logos, images, videos, text) shared with us.
4. Revisions and Approvals
Each deliverable includes reasonable revision rounds as defined in your proposal. Content scheduled or published after your written approval is considered accepted. Additional revision cycles or scope changes may be billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for you become your property. Da Social Monk retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing. Our processes, templates, and pre-existing materials remain our intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information — including business data, credentials, and unpublished strategies — private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
7. Performance Expectations
While we apply proven strategies and best efforts, marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, platform algorithms, and budgets. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, rankings, leads, or revenue figures unless explicitly committed in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed till the termination date will be billed. Advance payments for work already performed are non-refundable. Access credentials shared during the engagement should be revoked or handed over upon closure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Da Social Monk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your engagement shall apply.
